The St. Louis Surge Women’s Basketball Team will hold the Power Down Season Finale Celebration Party on Friday, August 8 at the Ramada Plaza located at
811 N. 9th Street St. Louis, MO 63101. The event will kickoff at 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Tickets are $10 in advance or at the door; fans must be 21 or older to attend. Fans are welcome to come and celebrate with the team. Fans will also have an opportunity to purchase 2015 season tickets, as well as purchase exclusive championship shirts and hats.

Your St. Louis Surge are the winners of the 2014 Women’s Blue Chip Basketball League (WBCBL) National Championship, which was played on Sunday, August 3, 2014. The Surge beat Auburn 81 – 69. On Saturday, August 2, 2014, the Surge defeated Fayetteville, 89-54, in the quarterfinals and Dade County, 83-80, in the semifinals to reach the championship game.
The St. Louis Surge finished the 2014 season with a 14-1 record and also took home the 2014 Mid-West Regional Championship.
