MISSION

The mission of the St. Louis Surge Women’s Semi-Professional Basketball Team is to become role models and act as mentors in the St. Louis region while fostering a culture of sportsmanship, teamwork and excellence.

VISION

The St. Louis Surge Women’s Semi-Professional Basketball Team will become leaders and transition into the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA) by setting the standard of athletic excellence.
