The St. Louis Surge Women’s Semi-Professional Basketball Team will take on the Kansas City Nuggets in their fourth home game of the 2013 season, which is themed Public Service Day, on Saturday, June 29, 2013, at 7:05 p.m. at the University of Missouri - St. Louis (UMSL) Mark Twain Center located at One University Boulevard, St. Louis, MO 63121. Doors will open at 6:00 p.m. Public Service Day will celebrate the value and virtue of service to the community and will recognize those who currently serve our community such as fire fighters, police officers, educators, government officials and nonprofit organizations.

The St Louis Surge Women’s Semi- Professional Basketball team beat the Illinois Shooting stars for a second time this season with a solid 82-75 point win. Earlier this season when the two teams played each other, the Surge came back from a 19-point deficit to win 58-55.

St. Louis, MO – June 12, 2013 – The St. Louis Surge Women’s Semi-Professional Basketball Team will take on the Louisville Fillies in their third home game of the 2013 season, Paint it Pink, on Saturday, June 15, 2013, at 7:05 p.m. at the University of Missouri - St. Louis (UMSL) Mark Twain Center located at One University Boulevard, St. Louis, MO 63121. Doors will open at 6:00 p.m. The St. Louis Surge has partnered with the American Cancer Society to bring fans an exciting game of professional basketball, while supporting cancer awareness. Fans are encouraged to wear their Paint it Pink, breast cancer awareness, cancer survivor or pink apparel in support of cancer awareness. A portion of the proceeds generated from admission sales will be donated to the American Cancer Society.

The St. Louis Surge Women’s Semi-Professional Basketball Team will take on the Illinois Shooting Stars in its second home game of the 2013 season on Sunday, June 9, 2013, at 3:05 p.m. The game will take place at the University of Missouri - St. Louis (UMSL) Mark Twain Center located at One University Boulevard, St. Louis, MO 63121. Doors will open at 2:00 p.m. Tickets can be purchased at the door: adults $8, students (with current high school student I.D.) $5, free for children 12 and under, and free for those in team uniforms.
