Mikala majored in criminal justice at Florida Gulf Coast University. As a senior at FGCU, Mikala appeared in 35 games and ranked third on the team with 3.6 rebounds per game in conference play. Mikala played two seasons at Missouri State University before transferring to FGCU. She is Pattonville High’s career leader in points (1,647), rebounds (852) and steals (411). Mikala was on MTV MADE in high school and enjoys writing poetry when she’s off the court.
